In Britain, a majority stake is acquired in the insulation specialist C&D Industrial Services. KAEFER WANNER Shipbuilding is set up in France, KAEFER Insulation Technology Co. Ltd. in Taiwan, KAEFER Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia and KAEFER LLP Kazakhstan in Kazakhstan.

2008: KAEFER acquires ALBRICO Services Ltd. in Canada and integrates it into KAEFER Canada, Inc.
