In 1976, Albrico Services was started by owner Michael (Mike) T. Mathisen, employing 2 workers. Mike was targeting the new wealth to be found in the rapid growth of oil, gas, pulp and paper. Industrial and commercial insulation was in high demand.

Major growth for 31 years brought KAEFER to the door and the original company became ALBRICO KAEFER Services Ltd. in 2008.

ALBRICO KAEFER, in conjunction with the parent company, KAEFER, looks forward to extensive growth in the decade 2010-2020.
